Description

Remove biomejs/setup-biome from actions workflow.
The biome dependency is already available as part of installation, and ci command can be called.

Testing

Before

Run biome ci
  biome ci
  shell: /usr/bin/bash -e {0}
Checked 196 files in 382ms. No fixes applied.

After

Run yarn ci
  yarn ci
  shell: /usr/bin/bash -e {0}
Checked 196 files in 380ms. No fixes applied.
